    does anyone else experiencing problems after the update?

    I had my wireless turned off (K2, international version, and I was pissed off by the short battery life) so I downloaded the update from amazon, transferred to the K2 and installed.

    since it crashed 5 times within an hour; my prev azw files (converted from MSWord), which used to work, do not work anymore.

    Kindle hangs, sometime freezes, consequently misrepresent certain books -- e.g. after the second page it jumps to the end of the book -- so I am less than happy...

    I wonder whether it's me who is unlucky, or does it similar things for others, too?
  • So sorry to hear that. I haven't experienced those symptoms, but
    perhaps a reader has. I wonder if there's a bug in the processing of
    converted word docs?
