I completely agree with you on the importance of seizing the day. To this day I find myself wondering why I care so much about what people think. When I present in front of a group of my peers, I still worry what they will think of me, will I mess up and they all will laugh? Even though I repeatedly tell myself that half of them probably aren't even listening and the other half will not remember whether I messed up or not 10 minutes from now, I still worry. I think it will be a lifelong mission for me to overcome, but I am up for the challenge. I refuse to let my fear of failure keep me from achieving all that I hope to in life. This is a great article.
