I loved this article so much. It is very truthful and meaningful. We're living in a days were companies built on money-making schemes but lack of conviction that is really clear and beneficial to all. It is globally profitable and timely in its approach. I hope all company owners or leaders will have the same mindset as this. More power!

A very good article on building a company with conviction. Conviction brings the required zeal to do the work. And to bring in the conviction, one needs to have clarity of vision. Clarity of vision helps in developing trust among the stakeholders. People with the conviction and meaning are able to win trust of all and satisfy the involved stakeholder. Article has demonstrated good examples to figure out how people for short term profits, behave untruly with people which is bad for long term gains.

I liked the article very much. Thanks for giving something meaningful to think about and verify.

It's more or less a "chicken and egg" problem. Which comes first, the idea or the profit? Well, if the idea is good enough, the profit will happen. But a focus on profit to the exclusion of idea is a form of killing the goose that laid the golden egg. Money is a representation of desire--but the desire is predominant. If you have something people desire, they will use their money to obtain it.

Thanks for writing such an insightful article.Chasing profit blindly at the cost of quality is not a recent phenomena.Although Chinese effect has forced companies around the globe to compromise a bit in order to be competitive. But the same argument hold no water in the case of knowledge economy.Venture Capitalists should understand that quality is of Paramount importance and any product with highest possible quality standards will have always niche market all over the globe.
